Prière rouge - Denise Mützenberg
Denise Mützenberg Oberli was born in Yverdon September 3, 1942. From 1958 to 1961 she attended the Ecole Normale de Lausanne. Then she became a teacher in Lignerolle. In 1965, she married Gabriel Mützenberg (1919-2002) historian and journalist in Geneva. Over twenty years, together they directed the magazine "Certitudes", organized cultural trips (especially in the Grisons), as well as gatherings on the theme "Art and Faith". With Gabriel at her side, she participated in a passionate defense of Rhaeto-Romanic languages and literature . In 1992, she created Samizdat, a small publishing house, devoted to poetry, that she operates with her sister Claire Krähenbühl.
She has always written in the margins of her life.
